Lawyer with the Florida Public Defender, he spent considerable time in court on a daily basis and was able to develop the skills needed for successful
litigation through extensive case preparation and jury trials. Mr. Ivashuk has tried misdemeanors through serious felonies. In addition to trials,
Mr. Ivashuk has extensive experience in Florida DUI arrest's, bond hearings, probation matters, house arrest problems and many other criminal issues.
Mr. Ivashuk as a lead lawyer in Florida, also spent time assigned to the specialized Domestic Violence division. This division dealt with issues
of alleged violence between spouses, family members or individuals either currently or once living together. There he oversaw and dealt with all
issues of this specialized court including restraining orders.
Through his extensive experience, Mr. Ivashuk has been able to prevent charges from successfully being filed after arrest in many case's. The
result is that there are no filed charges and no more concern's for the client. Mr. Ivashuk believes in an aggressive criminal defense for all criminal cases.
